* The Aqualine 16000 lamp simulates the light spectrum in deeper waters.
It is best used in combination with Aqualine 10000, but as it is a full
spectrum lamp it can also be used as the sole light source, if a high
percentage of blue light is required. In these circumstances, there is
no need for blue fluorescent lamps and the fluorescing colors of the
corals are enhanced.
* When mounting a double ended bulb, make sure not to touch the outer
quartz sleeve with your bare hands. All fingerprints should be wiped
off with a clean cloth soaked with alcohol.
* Warning: Be sure you
properly position this bulb into the socket. If they are not installed
properly, they can cause an arc that will melt the metal contact(s). We
cannot warrant such a failure, should the bulb be placed incorrectly
into the socket. Please be aware.
