Q. Why would I want moonlight?
A. Moonlight is not something you have to have, but many aquarists like having the option of viewing their tank under the subdued look for nighttime moonlighting. Often times, in a reef tank, you can view many smaller snails or copepods that would normally not bee seen during normal daylight hours.
