This 250W 14000K bulb casts a crisp-white light with a nice blue tint. Great for bringing out the coloration of fish and corals while providing sufficient intensity for growth. An HQI or Electronic metal halide ballast is required. This bulb is offered at an excellent price and is a great choice for reef tanks up to 24" deep.
