Because of our location, we currently do not have a storefront but will allow local customers to pick up orders. We request that customers CALL IN orders one hour prior to stopping by to guarantee that the items you would like to purchase are in stock.
Shipping fees are not charged but California sales tax will be charged to all orders picked up at will call.

1pm to 3pm PST.
Will call orders not picked-up by 3pm will be shipped at customers expense.

Shipping Policy
Please call us if you have a specific question about shipping, or need your items on a specific day. Some items we special order from our suppliers, and this can delay shipping from our warehouse by up to 5 business days. We ship Monday through Friday, less Holidays. In stock orders placed M-F before 2:00PM Pacific Time will ship out the same day! Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.
International, APO & PO Box Orders are no longer accepted.
HelloLights utilizes a flat rate shipping method based on your purchase total. Rates apply to continental U.S. ONLY! Here is a simple chart for you to figure your shipping charges.

Free shipping on MH lamps
Free shipping on MH lamps applies only to the continental US. HI and AK are not included and must be shipped Second Day or Next Day Air.
Unlawful Use of Shipper's Account
Under all circumstances, nobody is ever authorized to use our shipping account numbers. This is a fraudulent activity. This applies to not only packages shipped for personal purposes but also packages that are shipped to us. If packages need to be returned to us, please contact us for an RMA number and return shipping procedures.
Order Cancellation Policy
For all items that are shipped out to our customer and not received by our customer, we will refund only the price of the product minus shipping to the customer, return shipping from the customer, any additional charges from our carriers. No returns will be accepted for any merchandise that has been used. We do not sell any used merchandise as new, nor can we accept any back. FedEx will attempt to deliver packages three times. If a package is not delivered and returned, we will have to bill customer the for round trip shipping charges, FedEx imposed extra handling charges.
All of our prices are subject to change. All transactions and prices must be verified and approved by HelloLights. If the price is incorrect due to typo, error, misprint, HelloLights reserves the right to decline any order. Photographs associated with some products in our store are not necessarily exactly representative of the exact item they are associated with, but may be shown with additional products for display purposes, or may be a similar product that is displayed to convey a general theme of that product.
