Return Procedure
Step 1:
Contact us at (866) 969-7333 or email customercare@hellolights.com as soon as possible to notify us of the situation and/or the reason for the return. A record of the return will be created in our system which will expedite the process once the return is received.
Step 2:
Retrieve the HelloLights Return Authorization Form. Complete the form and include it in the returned package. This form must be included in order for the return to be processed.
Step 3:
Using the shipment method of your choice send the package(s) to:
HelloLights 8165 E. Kaiser Blvd. Anaheim, CA 92808
Thats it. Youre done.
In most cases you will be credited within two days of the packages arrival to our facility. If there is any problem we will contact you.
We highly recommend insuring the package with whichever shipping company you use. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged by the carrier. This means that if you return an item to us and we never receive it, we cannot refund you for it. Please insure all returns for your safety.
Note: HelloLights.com will not take returns on any item after 30 days from the date of placing your order. If you are beyond the 30 day period please refer to manufacturer's warranty.
