HelloLights.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, JCB, PayPal, Google Checkout, and Hellolights.com Gift Certificates. We do not accept Personal/Company Checks, Money Orders, Purchase Orders or C.O.D.'s.

Billing and Shipping Address Verification
Credit Card Verification is required to guard against credit card fraud. It is for your protection and ours.

The billing address is the address your credit card company has on file, and where they would send your statement. If the billing address and shipping address are different, please contact your credit card issuer and request for them to add the shipping address as an authorized shipping address for your account.

Declined Credit Card
A credit card can decline due to an invalid credit card number, expiration date, exceeding daily limits, insufficient credit, or other reasons. Sometimes the card number itself is incorrectly entered.

The computer processes the credit card charges automatically. We are not given a reason when a charge is declined. Please contact your Credit Card Company or bank for further information regarding the transaction. If we do not hear back from you within 5 business days, the order will be voided.

Sales Tax
Orders shipping to California must be charged sales tax based on the county's rate.

CVV2 Information

What is the CVV2 and what does it look like?
For your protection, we ask that you enter an extra 3-4 digit number called the CVV2. The CVV2 is NOT your PIN number. It is an extra ID printed on your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express Card.

Visa, MasterCard, and Discover: On the back of the card in the top-right corner of the signature box. Enter the three-digit number following the credit card number. (See below.)

American Express: On the front of the card. Enter the four-digit number on the right directly above the credit card number. (See below.)
