Please submit a help ticket requesting an RMA number for your return. Your RMA number will be emailed to you once the help ticket has been submitted.

Retrieve the Hellolights.com Return Authorization Form. Complete the form and include it in the returned package. This form must be included in order for the return to be processed.

In most cases you will be credited within two days of the packages arrival to our facility. If there is any problem we will contact you.
We highly recommend insuring the package with whichever shipping company you use. We cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged by the carrier. This means that if you return an item to us and we never receive it, we cannot refund you for it. Please insure all returns for your safety.
Note: HelloLights.com will not take returns on any item after 30 days from the date of placing your order. If you are beyond the 30 day period please refer to manufacturer's warranty.
